Detailed Document Search
You need not browse through hundreds of files just to find one of them. Use the Document Search feature by typing in the file name. Filter your search by choosing the relevant extensions and even the author, if you know it, and get a scrutinized list of files relevant to your search.

Want to share a file which is saved on your uKnowva data bank without giving the access? It’s simple! Every document has its unique download link which can be shared with anyone for getting a downloadable copy of the selected file.
Recycle Bin
Delete what is not needed. Just select all the files that are of no use to you anymore and move them to the recycle bin. Later, if you need those files you can always retrieve them. And just like all features, the Recycle Bin ensures that your files are not accessible by anyone.
